Returns & Exchanges

Because Date & Crumb products are food products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have been shipped or delivered. Therefore, there is no return window or return shipping address for food products.

If there is a problem with your order, however, please contact us—we want to make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order:

• arrives damaged,
• contains an incorrect item,
• is missing an item, or
• arrives with a product-quality issue related to shipping or fulfillment,

please contact us as soon as possible at howdy@dateandcrumb.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable so that we can review the problem.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from an error by Date & Crumb or an issue with the fulfillment of your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at howdy@dateandcrumb.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
