Welcome to Date & Crumb. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dateandcrumb.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site.
The Site is operated by MYBAKEHOUSE LLC, doing business as Date & Crumb (“Date & Crumb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Products and Orders
All products and orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue or modify products
- Refuse or cancel an order
- Correct pricing, product-description, or other errors
- Restrict orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale without authorization
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm or begin processing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, nutritional information, photographs, pricing, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, product information may occasionally contain errors or may change as we update recipes, ingredients, suppliers, packaging, or products.
The information printed on the physical product packaging should be considered the most current product information.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. Because our products are food products, natural variations in color, shape, texture, ingredients, and appearance may occur.
4. Ingredients, Allergens, and Dietary Information
Please carefully review the ingredient and allergen information provided on the product packaging before consuming a Date & Crumb product.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, sensitivity, or specific dietary requirement, you are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you.
Ingredients, formulations, suppliers, and manufacturing practices may change from time to time. For this reason, customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review the physical product label each time they purchase a product.

7. Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations
Because Date & Crumb products are food products, all sales are generally final and we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
Orders involving damaged, incorrect, missing, or qualifying product-quality issues may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Order cancellation requests are also governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Date & Crumb may offer discounts, promotional codes, introductory offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are available for a limited time
- Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash
- Promotions may not be combined with other offers

- Only one promotional code may be used per order

Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Date & Crumb for the order giving rise to the claim.
